I found a very amazing place to stay in Bali, called Hai Tide huts. They are on the amazing wonderful little island Lembogan. From there you can surf playgrounds, shipwrecks. It is not that cheap, but for 2 or 3 nights, I really recommend to spoil yourself rotton in this stunning place. There are beachfront huts and lovely luxury open air showers. The best thing is: The price includes a motorboat for the full day where the hotel staff takes you out to the spots as you like. If you know what for ripp-off prices the fisherboats sometimes charge, this is great value.
 

 
There is an expensive cruise ship an a catameran taking you there, but there is also a cheap ferry, if you don´t mind sitting in between dead chicken and rice bags, just ask for the boat to mushroom bay at Serangan harbour.  
Lemogan is really the natural beauty which Bali used to be before all the package holiday arrived, you see the seawheat farmes and people living like in the last century.
 
One tip: if you go there, pack everything you need, batteries, charge your ipod, don`T forget chocolate or sunscreen, whatever you don´t have you won`t be able to buy there...
