GENERAL
This wave is for experienced riders only. When it comes down to it this is California's version
of Hawaii's pipeline. The wave's can get very big, and very powerful. However the nice thing about Black\'s is that it is a sand break, NO reef scars! There are many good take off points depending on the swell.

If you don't know you shouldn't be there.

It is best at low going high, it is a beach break so the peak does shift a little, but remains consistant because of the underwater trench.

CROWDS
It can be crowded when it gets good, but its never too crowded because of the hike to get to it.

Be respectfull of other surfers, and the beach.
Oh yeah, it is also a nude beach! The wave is very fast, big steep drops. On a solid 5ft+ day
You will get many big long tube rides.
