submitted by: pet_ffm GENERAL this is the alternative spot when moliets plage gets too crowded, specially on weekends. This is pure surfing, It is a guarded beach but expect no restaurants, coffee shops or surf shops. It´s a 7km drive from Moliets plage SPOT RATING: 3* (1- not so okay, 2-okay, 3-cool, 4-very cool, 5-the ultimate spot) Your opinion counts ! Go to the forum and rate this spot HOW TO GET THERE Coming from Moliets Plage drive as if you were going back to the main road. Make a left when you see a sign indicating "Camping Air Naturelle" pass the cementary and then follow this small road for about 6km. The road has some sharp curves and goes over a bridge. After 6km you see a small sign "La Lette Blanche" that takes you to the park ground of that beach. Beware of the potholes in the road and the parking lot ! Don´t leave valuables in the car, our friends got their mobile phones and backpacks stolen out of the car on the first day.... WAVES Beach Break with shifting peaks, on very hot summer days you don´t need a wettie, on the colder summer days a short wetsuit should be enough. CAMPING 2 campgrounds are in walking distance from the beach. Les Cigalles * St. Martin Camping St. Martin is right behind the dune and thus much closer to the beach. It is also very nice and clean and has a pool, which is great to get rid of all the sand....
