GENERAL
mosty 6-foot rights. generally not mushy, and mostly rocky, cept fer a few patches. the beach is supposed to be private. its in a cove, and has some caves at the bottom of the cliffs, one is kinda deep, the others are only 5 or 6 feet deep, the pm high tide gets pretty high so dont leave stuff on the beach.

HOW TO GET THERE
It's the beach in back of seaside condo's. I dont know the strret name

Rights, with pretty mellow conditions. Outer break, best any time but low tide
WATER TEMP
Water Temperature in Summer: not bad
Water Temparature in Winter: cold
BEST TIME TO SURF
pretty much all the time but mid summer it goes mushy
CROWDS
not crowded at all cept my me and my bros
OTHER COMMENTS:
The beach is private! The security gaurd can't catch you while your in the water, but on the beach he can fine you or whatever, normally they dont call the cops or anything crazy.
